The company’s history can date back to late 20th century when its predecessor is a collectively owned enterprise. In 1995, Mr. Lu Guoping outright purchased the company and a new company named Ningbo Haixin Hadrware Co.,LTD was established. Founded with an area of only 8,000㎡，the company’s products were restricted to some hot forging bolts and nuts then.  In order to pursue an expansion plan, in 2001, Ningbo Haixin Railroad Material Co.,LTD was founded based on Ningbo Haixin Hardware Co.,LTD. Except to the production of railroad materials, the company also brought in lots of cold forging.

Over the past 20 years’ efforts and commitment, Ningbo Haixin has grown into two production bases, with an area of more than 40,000㎡. Now we have more than 300 staffs and 20 professional engineers and technicians. The company has brought in 30 sets of cold forging machines and 5 lines of automatic heat-treatment furnace made in Taiwan. Now the annual output is 40,000 tons. The company specializes in the manufacture of various high-strength steel structural bolts, nuts and railroad parts, which meets ANSI, DIN/ISO, JIS and GB standards. Currently, the products have been widely exported to United States, Europe, Japan, Singapore, Canada, etc. and win more and more customers from home and abroad.
